When the student pays the registration fees and receives the receipt indicating the payment, s/he and is registered on the database.S/ he has to submit to the concerned employee a photographic picture of him/her  and the employee will prepare the student  identity card for printing and wrapping. When it gets ready, the student  identity card is handed over to the student .

• The Identity Card  enables the student to attend lectures and Tutorials, get travel subscriptions, gain access to the faculty library, get a medical examination, enter the college, attend  written, oral and practical examinations, and get access to the electronic repository of exams, results, and online courses.
• The student must  keep his/her university identity card intact and never lose it due to its importance
