Professor. Dr. El Sayed Mohamad Dadour the  President of the University,  stated that the Supreme Council of Universities has ratified the decision of the Office of the Supreme Council and the decision of the Physical Education Sector Committee to establish the Division of Physical Education for Girls at Damietta University, and the university is awaiting the ministerial decision to start studying in the division. This division is considered an addition not only to graduating physical education teachers, but also to graduating female trainers for the women of Damietta Governorate to help them maintain public health by practicing useful physical sports within the sections designated for women in swimming pools and gyms, and thus the university will contribute to overcoming the scarcity of female trainers. Specialists in women’s sports inside the governorate, which helps the women of Damietta governorate to prevent many diseases resulting from obesity, roughness, circulatory failure and the like. May God protect the Egyptians from all evil.
