Professor Dr. Hemdan Rabie Al-Metwally, President of the University, welcomed this afternoon, June 3, 2024, Professor Dr. Mohamad Anas Kasem Gafar, Professor of Public Law at the Faculty of Law, Beni Suef University, former Governor of Beni Suef, and former President of Al Nahda University, This is before going to discuss the doctoral dissertation submitted by Amr Saleh Fawzi Dandousha entitled “Practical Problems of Energy Investment Contracts - A Comparative Analytical Study” to obtain the degree of Doctor of Laws, headed by His Excellency and with the membership of Professor Dr. Mostafa Kamel Khalil, Professor and Head of the Department of Political Economy and Economic Legislation and Dean of the Faculty of Law, Aswan University. The former Dean of the Faculty of Law, Damietta University and the supervisor of the thesis, and Professor Dr. Abd Al Moneim Abd Al Hamid Sharaf, Professor of Public Law at the Faculty of Law, Menoufia University. This came in the presence of Professor Dr. Ramadan Abd Al Hamid Al-Tantawi, full-time professor of curricula and teaching methods at the Faculty of Education and former university president, Professor Dr. Samir El-Gammal, Dean of the Faculty of Law, Professor Dr. Mahmoud Al-Khayal, professor of public law at the Faculty of Law, Helwan University, and Professor Dr. Wael Farouk Al-Taybani, Vice President of the University for Educational Affairs. And former students, and a number of university faculty members. The University President welcomed the discussion and judging committee at Damietta University. He also praised the doctoral thesis submitted by the researcher, appreciating the effort made to complete it, and congratulating him on obtaining his doctorate degree, which the committee approved with an excellent grade with honors.
