Services for University Students

Steps for the student to obtain a satisfactory excuse

1- The student shall bring a transfer from the students' affairs in the faculty directed to the Department of Medical Affairs which will refer him/her to the Department of Medical Affairs at the university administration building accompanied by a medical report from a government hospital stamped with the logo . The medical report explains the reason for requesting a leave and specifying the required period for that leave.

2 - The Department of Medical Affairs in coordination with Al-Azhar University Hospital hold a tripartite committee to introduce the student and decide whether he/she deserves leave or not.

3. The Department of Medical Affairs shall notify the students by telephone of the scheduled time for the Committee to be held before the Committee convenes in due course.

4 - A representative from the Department is to attend with the students at Al-Azhar University Hospital.

5. Upon receiving  medical reports from Al-Azhar University Hospital, Mr. / Vice President of the University for Academic and Students' Affairs will sign them and then be directed to the college the student is bound .

The steps taken to obtain medical services from the university

1- The student shall submit to the Department of Medical Affairs at the university building a transfer from the students' affairs at the college to the medical affairs department. The student shall bring both  his/her own treatment card and Identity card.

2. The Department shall transfer the student to Al-Azhar University Hospital.

3 - The student heads to the clinics of Al-Azhar University Hospital to receive the necessary medical treatment.
