The Science, Technology and Development Fund Authority (STDF), in cooperation with the Center for Development Technology and Industry in Spain (CDTI), announces start applying for the seventh call for the Egyptian-Spanish Technology Cooperation Program to support and link the scientific research with industry and encourage the Egyptian researchers to industrial application in their research and research outputs to solve industrial problems, enhancing technological cooperation between the two parties in technological development and innovation projects, and technology transfer with the aim of achieving economic benefits for both countries and enhancing competitiveness in the fields of: agriculture, water resource management, health, construction, renewable energy, environment, as well as strategic industries.

Support for accepted projects will continue for a period not exceeding two years, with funding amounting to 150,000 euros for the Egyptian side.

Deadline for receiving research proposals: March 30, 2023.
