Professor Dr. Mohamed Ayman Ashour, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, inspected the pavilion of Damietta University participating in the activities of the Akhbar Al-Youm Foundation’s educational exhibition for universities and institutes, which is organized by the Akhbar Al-Youm Foundation in its eighth session, under the patronage of Professor Dr. Mostafa Madbouly, Prime Minister, from 1 to 2 August 2024. A delegation from the university participated in the exhibition activities, headed by Professor Dr. Yasser Mohamad Samra, Dean of the College of Commerce, Professor Dr. Hany Abd Al Rahman, Lecturer in the Accounting Department, Professor Dr. Ashraf Numair, Lecturer in the Business Administration Department Professor, Dr. Ahmed Siam, Assistant Lecturer in the Accounting Department, and Professor Dr.Hani Al-Mogi, Teaching Assistant in the Accounting Department, where the work team presented A detailed presentation of the university’s recent study programs and research opportunities. The presentation received great appreciation from the audience for the great efforts made by the university in developing education and promoting scientific research. The opening of the exhibition was witnessed by Professor Dr. Mostafa Rifaat, Secretary of the Supreme Council of Universities, heads of public, private and technological universities, writer Rifaat Fayed, managing editor of Akhbar Al-Youm and supervisor of organizing the exhibition, and a number of leaders of the Akhbar Al-Youm Foundation. While Professor Dr. Mohamed Ayman Ashour, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, during his inspection of the pavilion of Damietta University participating in the exhibition, praised the distinguished participation of Damietta University and its presentation of the educational and study programs provided by the university’s colleges, which suit the graduate and qualify him for the labor market, wishing His Excellency continued success and progress for the university in its scientific career.
