Professor Dr. Hemdan Rabie Al-Metwally, President of the University, witnessed, this evening, December 26, 2024, the annual graduation ceremony for Horus University students in its fourth edition. This came at the kind invitation of Professor Dr. Al-Saeed Abd Al Hadi, President of Horus University, in the presence of Professor Dr. Mohamed Abd Al Hamid Shehab, Vice President of Damietta University for Graduate Studies and Research, many representatives of the executive and community bodies in the governorate, who offered their congratulations and wishes of success to the graduates in their next steps. The ceremony's activities began with the playing of the national anthem of the Arab Republic of Egypt, followed by the recitation of verses from the Holy Qur’an, which gave the atmosphere a spiritual and solemn character. Then each of the deans of the faculties of Horus University delivered his speech, and it concluded with the speech of the university’s president, Professor Dr. Al-Saeed Abd Al Hady. In which he congratulated the graduates, expressing his pride in graduating a new batch of young people capable of contributing to the development of Egyptian society and the advancement of various sectors. The ceremony also included honoring the students, where certificates were distributed to the graduates in various academic disciplines, the university, through its motivational words to the graduates, issued a call for continued excellence and innovation in their future careers. The annual graduation ceremony at Egyptian universities represents the culmination of students efforts throughout their academic years.
