Procedures followed to hold an understanding memorandum between the university and local institutions:

• When the university wishes to hold a binary understanding memorandum with one of local institutions in Egypt, the following steps should be followed:

. Specifying the areas of cooperation in the memorandum.

. Defining the articles concerned with financial policy and dispute settlement accurately.

. Pointing out the specified department council’s viewpoint on the areas of cooperation.

. Pointing out the faculty council’s viewpoint, the memorandum importance and the activation mechanism for the benefit of the university and faculty.
