Professor Dr. Hemdan Rabie Al-Metwally, President of the University, met today, July 10, 2024, with the occupational safety and health officials in the university’s faculties and public administration, in the presence of Professor Dr. Mohammad Abd Al Hamid Shehab, Secretary-General of the University, and Engineer Sherine Abu Touq, the University’s Occupational Safety and Health Officer.The University President began the meeting by congratulating the attendees on the occasion of the new Hijri year, asking God Almighty to make it a year of goodness, giving and blessings, for them and for the entire Islamic nation.The meeting addressed several topics, including the importance of observing all occupational safety and health requirements, securing the university’s work environment, training the human element on occupational safety and health methods, and holding educational and awareness seminars on the concepts of occupational safety and health and its importance.
