On Tuesday 11 / 8 / 2020 Professor Dr. El Sayed Mohamad Dadour, the  President of the university, casts his vote in the Senate elections Which is launching today and lasts for two days 11 and 12 August 2020. He was accompanied by the Vice-Presidents of the University, a number of faculty members and students, whose committees are located in Damietta , that they were keen to accompany  the  President of the university during the elections process, based on the societal responsibility of the university to urge the Damietta community to participate in the Senate election process. As previously announced on the university's website and social media sites, to urge the university community in particular and the Damietta community in general to participate in the Senate elections to initiate their political rights.
