Professor. Dr. Khalid Abdel-Ghaffar, The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research invites the academic community to participate in the referendum on the constitutional amendments in  full freedom . The minister stressed that the participation is a national duty for every Egyptian citizen. He also emphasized the  importance to Egypt in the coming period to achieve security and stability and to complete the economic reform system and to advance the development process in Egypt to achieve the objectives of the State Plan  (Egypt Vision 2030).
