We aim that the Administration of Medical Affairs and Students Hospital turn into a high level center that presents various free comprehensive medical, health services, and nursing  to all male and female university students.

2.      Organize programs and health workshops for university students, dormitories,  and different university sectors.

Medical Healthcare Administration  is one of those administrations that belongs to the Academic and Students' Affairs Sector at Damietta University.

Other work done by the Administration:

1 - Damietta University in agreement with Al - Azhar University Hospital in New Damietta City  provides medical services to students of Damietta University including (medical examination , treatment. Analysis, radiology, operations)

 Medical examination dates for cases transferred from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.,  in outpatient clinics in all specialties except emergency cases, are received  at all times at Al Azhar University Hospital in New Damietta.

2- The medical Administration, in coordination with Al-Azhar University Hospital in Damietta , will form permanent tripartite committees for students and students who provide medical excuses.

3. The nursing staff in the Medical Administration will prepare , coordinate, and attend the tripartite committees with the Al-Azhar University Hospital in New Damietta.

4- The Medical Administration provides medical and permanent nursing staff throughout the year in the faculties. It is reinforced with medicines and medical supplies, especially during the examination period to take care of our students.

5 - The medical committees available in colleges during the examinations  form special committees  for sick students.

6 - The Medical Administration provides nursing care for female students in the dormitory throughout their stay in the dorm.

A Future Outlook

 Damietta University aspires to develop the Central Medical Administration through establishing  a hospital for students with clinics in all specialties and operating rooms with the best technicalities and the finest medical equipment, and a pharmacy equipped with all the medicines students  need to provide all the medical needs for students in the university.
