The Indian embassy in Cairo reported that the Indian council for cultural affairs  (ICCR) presents scholarships to study in India 2020/2021 for the university degree ,  post graduate degree and  PhD study courses in Indian institutes and universities .

The dead line for the PhD courses submission will be 14/8/2020 .

The central administration of missions doesn’t defray any costs for these scholarships.
