In line with the directives of Prof./ Ayman Ashour, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, to support researchers and provide all means to improve the quality of scientific research, the Cultural Affairs and Missions Sector of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research – the Central Administration of Missions – announced the British Embassy's notification regarding Chevening Scholarships. These scholarships are funded by the UK Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) for 2025–2026, aimed at obtaining a master's degree for one year.

The announcement clarified that the scholarship is available at any leading university in the United Kingdom. Applicants must have a bachelor's degree and at least two years of work experience, and they must secure an unconditional offer from a British university by mid-July 2025.

It should be noted that the deadline for applications is November 5, 2024.
